Rank My Sites offers two services for small local businesses. Google Business Profile Optimization is a done-for-you service that optimizes and actively manages your Google Business Profile so it ranks higher in Google Maps and "near me" searches, helps you earn and manage reviews, and keeps your information, photos, and posts current. My Phone Receptionist is an AI automated phone receptionist that uses Voice AI to answer calls 24/7 and Text AI to follow up by text, qualify leads, and book appointments.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the services. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the services lawfully, and not to misuse them — including not to send spam, harass others, or violate any law. You are responsible for the content and information you provide and for how your business uses the services.

To get started, you submit a lead form and our team contacts you to set up your service. Any introductory offer, trial period, price, and card requirements are described when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity under your account.

Paid subscriptions follow the pricing tiers shown on the relevant service page. You can choose the tier that fits your business, and you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for the following period. We may update our pricing from time to time and will notify you of any change to your plan in advance.

As part of My Phone Receptionist and our communications with you, you may receive text messages, including service information, appointment and trial-related messages, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to cancel text messages and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Rank My Sites name, logo, My Phone Receptionist name and icon, website content, and our service materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services for your business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without our permission. You retain ownership of the business information and content you provide to us.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, review counts, or any particular business, revenue, or call results. Local search results and reviews depend on many factors outside our control. Rank My Sites is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, and "Google Business Profile" and "Google Maps" are referenced only descriptively.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank My Sites and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rank My Sites and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the services will be resolved in the courts located in [STATE].

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change, we'll post a notice on our website or notify you directly where appropriate. Your continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
